Mindfulness Meditation Training
An eight week experiential training program for schools (children, teachers and parents), corporate and/or community groups, and individuals. Over this eight week program one will develop insights into thought patterns, with benefits including increased self awareness and stress reduction, emotional regulation, ability to pay attention to present moment experience and development of robust resilience. This evidence based program uses Jon Kabat-Zinn's approach. Suitable for people with stress, anxiety and depression, and also beneficial for anyone without mental health diagnoses who wishes to take better care of themselves.
